THESE ARE PEOPLE WHO PLACE THEIR MESSAGES ON FREE ADVERTISING SITES KNOWING THAT THEY WILL RECEIVE A REPLY MESSAGE (LIKE AN AUTOREPLY AND SAFE LISTS) AND THEN COMPLAIN TO EVERYONE THAT THEY GOT SPAMMED. THEY WILL USE BAD LANGUAGE AND EMAIL TO ANYONE THEY CAN ABOUT YOU.

IT IS SUGGESTED THAT YOU COPY THE LIST BELOW AND REMOVE THEM FROM ALL YOUR LIST.

SOME OF THESE PEOPLE ARE PART OF A SICK GROUP WHO THINKS IT IS FUNNY TO HURT OTHERS. THE SUGGESTED COURSE IS TO HAVE NO DEALINGS WITH THEM.

SOME WILL ALSO PLACE FRAUDULENT ORDERS FROM YOUR SITE USING OTHER PEOPLES CREDIT CARD NUMBERS WITHOUT THEIR APPROVAL.

Here are a few things you can do if you get flamed when you have Not spammed the person.

1- Never NEVER email the flame back in any way. It will only encourge them to continue their attack on you.
2- Keep a list of their email addresses.
3- Keep a file of their email flame message.
4- Send their complete email message with its header to the following sites:

USPS - http://www.usps.gov/websites/depart/inspect/
FBI - http://www.fbi.gov/
5- Send their complete email message with its header to the following newsgroups:
news.admin.net-abuse.email
news.admin.net-abuse.misc
news.admin.net-abuse.sighting
news.admin.net-abuse.usenet

Here are a few things you can do if you have a customer who either defrauded you by credit card fraud or will not pay you.

1- First email them a "friendly" message asking for payment immediately.
2- Keep a list of their email addresses.
3- Keep a file of their email order and email messages received from them and sent by you.
4- Send completes details of their name and address, email message with its full header and their order to the following sites:

5- Send their complete email message with its header to the following newsgroups:

6- Mail (snail mail) complete infomation to their local police department on your business letter head. You dont need the exact address. Just address it to:
(Town or City) District Attorney
and
(Town or City) Police Department
Computer Crime and Fraud Department
(Town or City), State, Zip
Or you can call phone infomation for the address.
In you letter, ask them to keep your letter in their files.
