If you are emailing out your message to anyone that did not ask for it, you must have the following items in your email. By the way, these items are good to put in your email even for people who asked for your information.
ITEM 1:
Put ADV: in front of the subject on the subject line. For example,
ADV: I WILL GIVE YOU $100.00 TODAY
or
ADV: Best buy on the net!
ITEM 2:
You must have a VALID return email address. A return email address that is not valid will get you in mucho trouble. There are many free services on the net where you can get a free email address.
ITEM 3:
You must put something like this in the body of your message. Either at the top or bottom.

NOTE: When you use the correct format in your emailings, you should reduce the problem of flames. There are many SafeLists you can join that will supply you with many email addresses to use.
